As soon as we scan your documents into our system it will automatically be uploaded to our website which in turn will be immediately available to you. This added feature will bridge that gap between Hawaii and the mainland. No longer will you have to wait for your updates and copies of HAWBs. Access your account and review your files. Print any of the documents attached to your shipment or share your files with your employees and customers.
This will undoubtedly save your company a lot of time and eliminate the expense of having to wait for copies to be scanned or faxed over to your office. This will allow your employees to allocate their time and resources more productively.

Thusfar, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive as you can imagine. People working from home can access information at ANY time of day as long as they have a user ID and password. We also have electronic billing available to complete your billing process and expedite the billing process.

OCEAN Service:
We also have consolidation rates for LCL and FCL shipments to/from Hawaii.
Sun Isle West, Inc., a separate entity, has negotiated very favorable rates going Eastbound (Mainland) and Westbound (Hawaii). Call and ask to speak to someone from our ocean department. Generally speaking it will take about 4 - 6 days from the West Coast to Hawaii. Our consols depart twice a week out of Long Beach (Los Angeles). We will coordinate a full door to door movement from anywhere if you desire. If you can afford to wait a few extra days then "ocean" is the way to go. Our rates are highly competitive and will be treated with the same type of service that you been accustomed to at Pacific Isle Delivery. Sun Isle West will track your shipments for you and send you updates as it progresses along to its final destination.
